Workless AI 2026

Workless 2026 is an invite-only summit in Montenegro for operators building less work.

Three days in Porto Montenegro. One small room. One main gathering day, wrapped by two VIP days for deeper work, direct speaker access, and time together on the Adriatic.

1. 29 July · VIP Operator Day
   A closed day for VIPs to turn bottlenecks into leverage through hands-on AI operations work, direct speaker access, real problem solving, and a private dinner.
2. 30 July · Main Gathering
   The full room at Hotel Porto Montenegro. Talks, operator conversations, coffee, lunch, and dinner at sea.
3. 31 July · VIP Experience Day
   A day through Montenegro by sea with the VIP room, starting and ending in Tivat. The exact route is shared closer to the date and depends on weather.
